On Saturday 1 February it was time for our annual Ladies night to celebrate our 6th birthday. It is a chance for everyone to dress up, have some fun, get to know each other, build new relationships and strengthen existing ones. Life is busy and demanding... but a night out does wonders for the soul and recharges your batteries. We would like to thank our Operational Support Team - Lizel Smit, Heidi Kidson and Janet Strumpher for what you did... you organized an exceptional evening... thank you for all the effort and thought you put into organizing this. It was the most fun evening, one we will not easily forget. We are blessed with the best - an exceptional support team.
Our theme for this year was as always ‘ A little black dress with a twist of... ‘ This year the twist was Mardi Gras. The customary Mardi Gras colors are green, purple and gold, and each one of them stands for something. Gold symbolizes power, purple stands for justice and the green stands for faith. This was an exceptional theme for this year... our mothers are powerful, believes in justice for their children and always has faith in them and their abilities. We are so proud of every single mom... you are amazing and beautiful.
“None of us, including me, ever do great things. But we can all do small things, with great love, and together we can do something wonderful.” – Mother Teresa

A special shout out to Jean-Marie Kellerman van Vuuren - one of our Daniel and Friends Moms for gifting us with an exceptional cake to celebrate this milestone!!! We appreciate it more than we can say.
